Return and Refund Policy
1. Personalized products
Under applicable consumer law, personalized products or goods made to your specifications are excluded from the standard right of withdrawal. Once the order is confirmed, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded unless there is a conformity issue, production error, or shipping damage.
2. Non-personalized products
For any non-personalized products, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or was sent in error.
3. Procedure
Before any return or claim, contact us at thegiftboard.app@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if relevant. Do not send anything back without our prior confirmation.
4. Refunds
If your request is approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. For personalized products, refunds are only available in cases of defect, printing/manufacturing error, or damage observed upon delivery.
5. Replacement or reprint
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the validated order, we may offer a replacement, reprint, or partial/full refund depending on the case. Each request is reviewed based on the information provided.
