Prices are displayed in euros, taxes included where applicable, excluding shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Giftboard may update prices at any time, but orders are charged based on the price displayed when payment is confirmed.

3. Orders

An order becomes final once payment has been validated. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, including customization content, shipping details, and contact information.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by card through Stripe. Your card is charged when the order is confirmed or according to the payment terms displayed during checkout.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided during checkout. Delivery times shown on the site are estimates and may vary depending on the product, destination, and carrier.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

Therefore, personalized products sold on Giftboard cannot be subject to any right of withdrawal, cancellation, exchange, or refund, except in the case of a lack of conformity or hidden defect.

For non-personalized products (if any), you have a period of 14 days from their receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.

7. Guarantees

Products benefit from the applicable legal guarantees, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, under the conditions provided by law.
